Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Uses

Retriqs strictly prohibits the use of its platform for the following high-risk or regulated purposes:

• Legal adjudication or judicial decision support.
• Medical diagnosis, treatment decisions, or therapeutic recommendations.
• Employment screening, hiring, or firing decisions.
• Credit scoring or insurance risk decisions.
• Law enforcement profiling, evidence processing, or enforcement decisions.
• Biometric identification or sensitive-person profiling.
• Any use where a person’s rights, health, liberty, safety, or access to essential services could be materially affected by unverified AI output.

2. Allowed Workflows

Users are permitted and encouraged to use the tool for:

• Research and internal document exploration.
• Semantic search and retrieval from large corporas.
• Generating summaries for human-in-the-loop review.

3. Representation Rules

Users must not represent the product as an authoritative or autonomous expert system. Furthermore, users must not market, white-label, or resell Retriqs outputs as professional legal, medical, or high-risk decision software unless the product is specifically rebuilt, verified, and explicitly documented by the user for that specific regulatory regime entirely independently from Retriqs.
