1. No Professional Advice

The software is a document research and knowledge exploration tool. It generates probabilistic outputs that may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading. The software does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Users remain solely responsible for verifying outputs and for any interpretation, reliance, action, or decision based on those outputs.

2. AI Output Reliability Disclaimer

Outputs generated by the software are probabilistic and based on underlying Large Language Models (LLMs). The company does not guarantee the exactness, correctness, or completeness of the output. The software may produce non-factual or "hallucinated" information.

3. User Verification Responsibility

Users must independently verify all outputs against primary source documents and domain expertise before relying on them for any business or personal operations.

4. Decision Responsibility

All decisions made on the basis of the software, its generated relationships, graphs, or text outputs remain the absolute and sole responsibility of the user.

5. Restrictions on High-Risk Use

The software may not be used for automated or semi-automated decision-making in high-risk or regulated contexts, including legal adjudication, judicial support, medical diagnosis, employment decisions, law-enforcement decisions, creditworthiness assessment, or other contexts where incorrect output may materially affect rights, safety, health, liberty, or access to essential services.

6. Model and Provider Responsibility Split

Where the user connects a third-party or self-hosted model provider or runtime, including API-based providers and local runtimes such as Ollama, the user is solely responsible for selecting, configuring, operating, and assessing that model or runtime. The company does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, legality, availability, or fitness of any third-party or self-hosted model connected by the user.

7. Non-Destructive Positioning

The product is intended to assist with analysis and retrieval. It is not intended to alter, correct, or definitively replace original source materials.

8. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

The software and outputs are provided as-is and as-available, to the maximum extent permitted by law. The company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, caused by reliance on generated outputs. In no event shall aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you to the company in the past twelve (12) months.
